Panasonic Make Record HD-video On SD-cards REAL!

Corporation Matsushita Electric Industrial (owning trade mark Panasonic) informs on the beginning of works above technology which should provide record of video fragments and images of the high sanction (HD) on cards of memory of standard Secure Digital (SD), following specifications of standard AVCHD for HD-videocameras. Earlier we already informed on technology AVCHD declared in common Panasonic and Sony, and one of these days Matsushita have kept promise to tell how the company gathers портировать this technology for cards of memory (more precisely, on memories with socket Secure Digital which also can be tiny hard disks).

It is a question of providing an opportunity of record of HD-video and images on demountable carriers so that users possessed an opportunity to look through them on any compatible device of household electronics. The technology of record of HD-video on SD-cards corresponds to requirements of standard AVCHD describing technologies of compression for 1080i (the image 19201080) or 720p (progressive 1280720) on 8-sm DVD-disks. For compression of video codecs MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 and Dolby Digital (AC-3) or Linear PCM for compression of audio are used. Matsushita it is assured, that using such combination of codecs, it will manage to create compact HD-compatible videos/cameras.
